INGREDIENTS
2 Cups flour
1 Teasp yeast
1 Tablesp sugar
1 Cup plain yoghurt
‘h Cup hot water
4 tablesp oil
1/2 Teasp salt
METHOD
Mix everything together and leave to rest 1 hour.
Make balls the size of your palm, role it out and fill with cheese, grated garlic and parsley then top with another ball and fry in garlic butter enjoy. ©
