Roast Potatoes

Spray foil with Spray and Cook
8 Potatoes peeled and cut
Place potatoes in ziplock bag
Sprinkle Ina Paarlmans Potato Spice
Add Olive Oil over Potatoes
Shake well
Layer on sprayed foil in pan
Cover with a sheet of foil
Bake at 400F
30 minutes covered
15 minutes uncovered
