INGREDIENTS
3 x 40 g Bakers Mini Eet-Sum-Mor® biscuits
3 x 40 g Bakers Mini Salticrax® crackers
240 g dark chocolate
200 g mini marshmallows
200 g Diddle Daddle®caramel-coated popcorn
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a large glass bowl, in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Make sure you do this over a low heat.
- Add the biscuits, marshmallow and popcorn to the melted chocolate and coat well.
- Tip the mixture into the lined tray and press into the corners.
- Top with any remaining ingredients and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Cut into 16 squares and serve.
