Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup salad cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry mushroom soup mix
- 6 chicken thighs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir apricot preserves, salad cream, and soup mix together in a medium bowl until combined.
- Place chicken thighs in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake, covered, in the preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes.
- Uncover and bake a further 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
