Baked Apricot Chicken (Modified)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup salad cream
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry mushroom soup mix
  • 6 chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Stir apricot preserves, salad cream, and soup mix together in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake, covered, in the preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake a further 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
