Rosewater Cardamom Lassi

Ingredients

  • A cup of yogurt
  • A teaspoon of rose water
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • Two tablespoons of sugar
  • Two tablespoons of coconut milk
  • Ice
  • A tablespoon of chopped pistachios

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender except ice and pistachios and puree it.
  2. Pour the contents into glasses with ice, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
