1 pkt tennisbeskuitjies of klapperbeskuitjies
1 tin gekondenseerde melk
1 tin ideale melk / ingedampte melk
60 ml suurlemoen sap
1 pkt jellie
2 teaspoons gelatien
200 ml kookwater
Instruksies
- Pak tennis beskuitjies enkel laag in bak
- Klits kondensmelk en idealmelk saam met 60ml suurlemoensap
- Maak jellie en gelatien aan met 200 ml kook water
- Klits alles saam en gooi in tertbak
- Laat stol in die yskas
Mixed Up Tart
Ingredients
- 1 pkt tennis biscuits or coconut biscuits
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 tin ideal milk / evaporated milk
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 1 pkt jelly
- 2 teaspoons gelatine
- 200 ml boiling water
Instructions
- Place tennis in a single layer in a dish.
- Whisk condensed milk and ideal milk together with 60 ml lemon juice.
- Mix the jelly and gelatine with 200 ml boiling water
- Mix the jelly with the condensed milk and pour over the biscuits in the dish.
- Place in the fridge to set.
