Honey Bread Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 Cups of oat flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons of liquid milk
- 1 Tea Spoon of baking powder
Preparation:
- Mix all liquid ingredients and stir well with a fork till smooth.
- Add dry ingredients and stir again.
- Add baking powder.
- Pour the dough into a round cake pan (18 cm).
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Stuffing:
- 200 grams of dulce de leche zero sugar
Ganache:
- 150 grams of chocolate
- 100 grams of milk cream
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, then add the milk cream and stir well.
Assembly:
Cut the cake in three equal parts and stuff with the dulce de leche, cover with the ganache and enjoy!
This cake is super moist and the filling mega creamy!
