Klam Sjokolade Koek
- Vat 2 koppies suiker en 6 eiers.
- Klits tot romerig.
- Gooi teelepel vanilla en knippie sout in.
- Gooi 2 koppies meel by en meng goed.
- Gooi 4 teelepels bakpoeier bo op mengel maar moenie meng nie.
- Vat nou 4 eetlepels hoogvol kakao, 1 1/4 koppie warm water en 6 eetlepels olie en meng.
- Gooi bo op bakpoeier dat dit bruis.
- Meng en gooi in koek panne.
- Bak so 30 minute of tot gaar.
- Is redelik klam en baie lig.
Ek gebruik extra dark/bitter kakao. Heerlik.
Translation
Moist Chocolate Cake
- Take 2 cups of sugar and 6 eggs.
- Beat until creamy.
- Add a teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Add 2 cups of flour and mix well.
- Pour 4 teaspoons of baking powder on top of mixture but do not mix.
- Now take 4 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 1/4 cups of hot water and 6 tablespoons of oil and mix.
- Pour on top of baking powder so that it fizzes.
- Mix and pour into cake pans.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Is quite moist and very light.
I use extra dark/bitter cocoa. Delicious
