Sjokolade Stroopkoek
- 1 en n half koppie meelblom
- 1 en n half koppie suiker
- 3 eetlepels kakao
- n kwart koppie kookolie
- n kwart koppie kookwater
- 6 eiers
- n halwe teelepel sout
- 3 teelepels bakpoeier
- 1 teelepel vanilla
- Sif meel,kakao en suiker saam.Meng die kookolie met kookwater en gooi dit by die meelmengsel en klits saam.
- Skei die eiers en voeg die gele by die meelmengsel.
- Voeg die sout,vanilla en bakpoeier by.Klits die eierwitte styf en vou dit in die meelmengsel in.
- Bak in n oondpan of twee kleiner koekpanne by 180 grade celsuis vir een uur.
Stroop
- 1 koppie suiker
- 1 koppie kookwater
- 2 eetlepels koffiepoeier
- 1 teelepel vanilla.
- Kook vir 5 minute saam en gooi oor warm koek.
- Laat die koek koud word.
- Smeer gekookte kondensmelk en dan styfgeklopte room.
- Versier met flake of peppermint chrisp.
- Ek meng kondensmelk met room en gooi oor en strooi dan flake oor.
