Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ c soy sauce
  • ⅓ c olive oil
  • ¼ c Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t garlic
  • 2 t dried basil
  • 1 t dried parsley
  • 1 t black pepper
  • ½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

Method

  1. Without steak, putting all other ingredients in ziplock bag and stir with a spoon to well mixed to form a marinade.
  2. Laying steak pieces down and close it. Sweetly shake the steaks in bag to coat steaks with the marinade.
  3. Then putting a refrigerator to stand for more than 3 h.
  4. Make sure steak is well soaked in marinade so it can absorbe enough liquid.
  5. Heat skillet until very hot.
  6. Removing pieces of steak from marinade using a slotted spoon & carefully place them in hot pan.
  7. Discard marinade afterwards.
  8. Cooking steak to desired temperature.
  9. For a medium well, you can cook for about 3 min.
  10. Serve it hot
