Turmeric Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Recipe:
- Into a heating pot, add in the milk and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until it boils.
- Once the milk starts boiling, turn off the heat and add in all the spices.
- Mix well and strain it into a cup.
- Add in sweetener if desired and serve warm.
