Jack Frost Martini
YIELDS 1 Serving – Default (1 Serving)
PREP TIME 5 mins
- 3 cups ice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup Blue Curacao
- 1/2 cup white rum or vodka
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
for rim of glass
- agave syrup
- sweetened coconut flake
- Rim the edge of 4 martini glasses with agave syrup.
- Place coconut flake on a plate.
- Roll the edges of the glass in the coconut.
- Set aside.
- In a blender combine the pineapple juice, Curacao, rum, cream of coconut and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Evenly spoon into the prepared glasses.
- Enjoy immediately.
