Vier-bestanddele Nagereg

Bestanddele

  • 2 pakkies aarbeijellie
  • 2 koppies warm water
  • 1 liter boksvla
  • sponskoek óf vingerbeskuitjies
  • 500 ml aarbeijoghurt

Metode

  1. Los die twee pakkies aarbeijellie op in 2 koppies warm water.
  2. Plaas dit in die yskas om af te koel, maar nie te stol nie.
  3. Meng die aarbeijellie, boksvla en aarbeijoghurt saam.
  4. Pak lae van die vingerbeskuitjies/koek afgewissel met die vla-mengsel.
  5. Plaas in die yskas vir 2 ure om goed te stol.
  6. Haal uit en garneer met room, sprinkels of ander versiersels.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets of strawberry jelly
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 1 liter box custard
  • sponge cake or finger biscuits
  • 500 ml strawberry yogurt

Method

  1. Dissolve the two packets of strawberry jelly in 2 cups of warm water.
  2. Place in the fridge to cool but not set.
  3. Mix together the strawberry jelly, custard and strawberry yoghurt.
  4. Pack layers of the finger crackers/cake alternately with the custard mixture.
  5. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set well.
  6. Take out and garnish with cream, sprinkles or other decorations.
