Chocolate Cake with Caramel Filling
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 TBS baking powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Preheat oven to 180°c . line and grease round baking tin
- Whisk oil with sugar together
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla essence
- Mix water with cocoa and set aside till its cool
- Sift all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
- Add the cocoa mixture and whisk for 5 mins bake for 40 mins
- Let the cake cool and stack it using store bought caramel treat
