Condensed Milk Tart
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons white or brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons custard powder
- 1 dessert spoon caramel essence
- 1-2 packets lemon flavor tennis biscuits
- 1 can condensed milk
- Half cup lemon juice
- Pour milk into a saucepan and add sugar.
- Heat until boiling.
- Add custard powder, mixed with a little extra milk, and stir until smooth and cooked.
- Stir caramel essence through.
- Mix condensed milk and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- Layer cookies, add a bit of custard, and then a bit of condensed milk mix.
- Repeat layers and finish with a condensed milk layer.
- Sprinkle extra cookies on top.
- Let cool and place in the fridge.
