Honey Bread Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 cups of oat flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons of liquid milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
- Mix all liquid ingredients and stir well with a fork even, then add dry ones and stir again, finally add baking powder.
- Fat a shape (I used a 18 cm) and pour the dough, let it bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
For the stuffing:
- 200 grams of dulce de leche zero sugar (used one from brand Vitao).
For ganache:
- 150 grams of chocolate + 100 grams of milk cream, melt the chocolate in the microwave, then add the milk cream and stir well.
For Assembly:
- Cut the cake in three equal parts and stuff with the dulce de leche, cover with the ganache and enjoy!
- This cake is super moist and the filling mega creamy!
