Lekker Kaaskoek
- 1 pakkie tennisbeskuitjies
- 100g botter gesmelt
- 1 blikkie volroom kondensmelk
- 1 houer gewone roomkaas
- 1 suurlemoen se skil
- 125ml suurlemoensap – of meer na smaak
- 250ml room
- Maak koekies fyn en meng met gesmelte botter
- Druk vas in pan of tert bak
- Sit in yskas
- Klits roomkaas en kondensmelk goed saam
- Klits die suurlemoensap en skil by.
- Klits room styf en vou by mengsel in
- Skep die mengsel in die kors
- Bak in voorverhitte oond van 160 grade celcius vir 15min.
- Sit stoof af maar los die koek in die oond vir nog 10min
- Terwyl die koek in die oond is maak solank die grinadella om bo-oor te sit ( kan enige ander vrugte gebruik )
- 1 blikkie grinadella pulp
- 20ml suiker
- Doppie brandewyn of whiskey – opsioneel
- 10ml vlapoeier aangemaak met bietjie water
- Kook alles saam en laat afkoel.
- Sodra die koek uit die oond kom sit die grinadella bo-oor
- Sit in yskas om goed af te koel

Nice Cheesecake
- 1 packet of tennis biscuits
- 100g butter melted
- 1 can of full cream condensed milk
- 1 container of plain cream cheese
- 1 lemon’s peel
- 125ml lemon juice – or more to taste
- 250ml cream
- Crush cookies and mix with melted butter
- Press firmly into pan or tart pan
- Put in fridge
- Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together well
- Whisk in the lemon juice and zest.
- Whip cream stiffly and fold into mixture
- Spoon the mixture into the crust
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the stove but leave the cake in the oven for another 10 minutes
- While the cake is in the oven make the granadella to put on top (can use any other fruit)
- 1 can granadella pulp
- 20ml of sugar
- Shot of brandy or whiskey – optional
- 10ml custard powder prepared with a little water
- Cook everything together and let cool.
- As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, put the granadella on top
- Put in fridge to cool well
