Creamy Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and toss until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
