Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and toss until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
