  • 3 kop melk
  • 2 eetlepels wit- of bruinsuiker
  • 4 eetlepels vlapoeier
  • 1 desertlepel caramel essence
  • 1-2 pakke Lemon flavour Tennisbeskuitjies
  • 1 blik kondensmelk
  • Halwe koppie suurlemoensap
  1. Giet melk in n kastrol en voeg suiker by.
  2. Verhit tot kookpunt.
  3. Voeg vlapoeier, aangemaak met bietjie ekstra melk, by en roer tot prut en goed gaar is.
  4. Roer caramel essence deur.
  5. Meng kondensmelk en suurlemoensap in aparte bak.
  6. Pak n laag koekies, gooi bietjie vla oor en dan bietjie kondensmelk.
  7. Herhaal lae en eindig met kondensmelk laag.
  8. Krummel ekstra koekies bo-oor.
  9. Laat afkoel en plaas in yskas.
  10. Geniet

Custard Condensed Milk Tart

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of white or brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of custard powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of caramel essence
  • 1-2 packs of Lemon flavor Tennis biscuits
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • Half a cup of lemon juice
  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and add sugar.
  2. Heat to boiling point.
  3. Add custard powder, made with a little extra milk, and stir until simmering and well cooked.
  4. Stir in caramel essence.
  5. Mix condensed milk and lemon juice in separate bowl.
  6. Pack a layer of cookies, pour over some custard and then some condensed milk.
  7. Repeat layers and finish with condensed milk layer.
  8. Crumble extra cookies on top.
  9. Allow to cool and place in refrigerator.
