- 3 kop melk
- 2 eetlepels wit- of bruinsuiker
- 4 eetlepels vlapoeier
- 1 desertlepel caramel essence
- 1-2 pakke Lemon flavour Tennisbeskuitjies
- 1 blik kondensmelk
- Halwe koppie suurlemoensap
- Giet melk in n kastrol en voeg suiker by.
- Verhit tot kookpunt.
- Voeg vlapoeier, aangemaak met bietjie ekstra melk, by en roer tot prut en goed gaar is.
- Roer caramel essence deur.
- Meng kondensmelk en suurlemoensap in aparte bak.
- Pak n laag koekies, gooi bietjie vla oor en dan bietjie kondensmelk.
- Herhaal lae en eindig met kondensmelk laag.
- Krummel ekstra koekies bo-oor.
- Laat afkoel en plaas in yskas.

Custard Condensed Milk Tart
- 3 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of white or brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons of custard powder
- 1 dessert spoon of caramel essence
- 1-2 packs of Lemon flavor Tennis biscuits
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- Half a cup of lemon juice
- Pour milk into a saucepan and add sugar.
- Heat to boiling point.
- Add custard powder, made with a little extra milk, and stir until simmering and well cooked.
- Stir in caramel essence.
- Mix condensed milk and lemon juice in separate bowl.
- Pack a layer of cookies, pour over some custard and then some condensed milk.
- Repeat layers and finish with condensed milk layer.
- Crumble extra cookies on top.
- Allow to cool and place in refrigerator.
- Enjoy
