Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons molasses (original calls for 2 but we like 3)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until thoroughly mixed, and serve immediately.
