Gingerbread Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 2 – 3 teaspoons molasses (original calls for 2 but we like 3)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until thoroughly mixed, and serve immediately.
