Ginger-Scallion Fish Fillets

Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 inch piece of ginger, finely julienned
- 6 scallions, both white and green parts, diagonally sliced into 1/2″ pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
Directions:
- Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake Fish:
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
