Greek Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for the pan
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and coat with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
