Kondensmelk

Bestandele

• 2 kop melk
• 1/4 t koeksoda
• 2 kop suiker
• 1/2 t sout

Metode:

1. Los alle bestandele op in die melk.
2. Kook vinnig vir so 1/2 uur tot romerig.
3. Roer aanhoudend maar moenie laat melk oorkook nie.
4. Laat afkoel en bottel dit.
5. Plaas in yskas.
6. Dit kan in enige resep gebruik word.
7. Dit proe soos gekoopte kondensmelk en is lekker soet !!!!
8. Geniet dit.

Condensed Milk

Ingredients

• 2 cups of milk
• 1/4 t baking soda
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1/2 t salt

Method:

1. Dissolve all ingredients in the milk.
2. Cook quickly for about 1/2 hour until creamy.
3. Stir constantly but do not let the milk boil over.
4. Let cool and bottle it.
5. Place in refrigerator.
6. It can be used in any recipe.
7. It tastes like bought condensed milk and is very sweet!!!!
8. Enjoy it.
