Mayonaise Hoender
- 6 Hoender porsies (ek gebruik dye)
- Pak dit in ‘n oondbak
- Maak sous van: 1 kop mayonaise
- 2 e FLIPPEN LEKKA Spice
- 3 e bladjang of appelkooskonfyt
- 1 t knoffelvlokkies
- 1 e suurlemoensap
- Peper na smaak(geen water nie of vloeistof nie – die hoender het genoeg vog in)
- Smeer die dik mayo mengsel bo-op die hoender stukke
- Sny uie fyn of in ringe en sit bo-op
- Bak in die oond by 180 C – onbedek vir ongeveer 1 uur of tot hoender sag is en die sous dik is
- Bedien met bruinrys en slaai!.

Mayonnaise Chicken
- 6 chicken portions (I use thighs)
- Pack it in a baking dish
- Make sauce from: 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 e FLIPPEN LEKKA Spice
- 3 tbsp bergamot or apricot jam
- 1 t garlic flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pepper to taste (no water or liquid – the chicken has enough moisture in it)
- Spread the thick mayo mixture on top of the chicken pieces
- Cut onions finely or into rings and put on top
- Bake in the oven at 180 C – uncovered for about 1 hour or until the chicken is tender and the sauce is thick
- Served with brown rice and salad!.
