Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 1kg meat (of your choice), cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 200ml water
- 7 potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1 carrot, boiled and sliced
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped, to taste
Instructions:
- Begin by cutting the meat into cubes if it’s not already done.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the cubed meat to the pan and fry until golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped onions.
- Sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Return the cooked meat to the pan with the onions.
- Mix well to combine.
- Add the minced garlic, salt, paprika, and black pepper to the pan.
- Stir until the spices are well incorporated.
- Toss in the chopped tomatoes and mix everything together.
- Pour in the water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the boiled potatoes and sliced carrots to the pan.
- Mix gently to combine.
- Season with additional pepper to taste.
- Allow the dish to simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to absorb the flavors.
- Finally, sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish and mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy this hearty and flavorful meat and vegetable stew!
- This dish pairs well with rice or crusty bread.

- Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
