Ingredients:
- 1½ lbs chicken thighs, breasts or wings
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, grated ginger (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
