- 3 x 250 ml koekmeel
- 3 groot eiers
- 175 ml koppie olie
- 25 ml asyn
- 3 ml sout
- 15 ml bakpoeier
- 4 x 250 ml water
Metode
- Klits eiers en water baie goed.
- Gooi kookolie, asyn en sout by en klits weer goed.
- Gooi meel by en klits.
- Gooi bakpoeier laaste by en klits vir 1 min.
- Hoe langer die mengsel staan voor gebruik hoe beter.
- Die mengsel kan in die yskas gebêre word vir 1 week.
- Lewer omtrent 15 middelslag pannekoeke.
- Ek verdubbel gewoonlik die resep.

Pancake
- 3 x 250 ml cake flour
- 3 large eggs
- 175 ml cup of oil
- 25 ml of vinegar
- 3 ml of salt
- 15 ml baking powder
- 4 x 250 ml water
Method
- Beat eggs and water very well.
- Add cooking oil, vinegar and salt and beat well again.
- Add flour and beat.
- Add baking powder last and beat for 1 min.
- The longer the mixture sits before use the better.
- The mixture can be stored in the fridge for 1 week.
- Makes about 15 medium pancakes.
- I usually double the recipe.
