Pannekoek

  • 3 x 250 ml koekmeel
  • 3 groot eiers
  • 175 ml koppie olie
  • 25 ml asyn
  • 3 ml sout
  • 15 ml bakpoeier
  • 4 x 250 ml water

Metode

  1. Klits eiers en water baie goed.
  2. Gooi kookolie, asyn en sout by en klits weer goed.
  3. Gooi meel by en klits.
  4. Gooi bakpoeier laaste by en klits vir 1 min.
  5. Hoe langer die mengsel staan voor gebruik hoe beter.
  6. Die mengsel kan in die yskas gebêre word vir 1 week.
  7. Lewer omtrent 15 middelslag pannekoeke.
  8. Ek verdubbel gewoonlik die resep.

  • 3 x 250 ml cake flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 175 ml cup of oil
  • 25 ml of vinegar
  • 3 ml of salt
  • 15 ml baking powder
  • 4 x 250 ml water

Method

  1. Beat eggs and water very well.
  2. Add cooking oil, vinegar and salt and beat well again.
  3. Add flour and beat.
  4. Add baking powder last and beat for 1 min.
  5. The longer the mixture sits before use the better.
  6. The mixture can be stored in the fridge for 1 week.
  7. Makes about 15 medium pancakes.
  8. I usually double the recipe.
