Asian Beef Noodles
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles work well)
- 1 pound beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Set aside.
