Creamy Parmesan Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8-oz thin spaghetti
  • 6-oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1½ tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 5 Tbsp milk
  • 2 to 3 tsp salt-free Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute.
  4. Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Toss pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
