Peppermint Tart

  • 1 Tin Caramel Treat
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • Tennis biscuit
  • Peppermint crisp chocolate/Aero chocolate
  1. Crushed the biscuits finely in the processor.
  2. Whisk caramel treat till smooth.
  3. Leave aside.
  4. Grate some chocolate in the caramel treat.
  5. Beat cream till stiff
  6. Fold the cream an caramel treat together
  7. Layer biscuit first an set caramel on top.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate over.
  9. You can make individual smaller desserts to avoid wastage.
