Peppermint Tart
- 1 Tin Caramel Treat
- 250ml fresh cream
- Tennis biscuit
- Peppermint crisp chocolate/Aero chocolate
- Crushed the biscuits finely in the processor.
- Whisk caramel treat till smooth.
- Leave aside.
- Grate some chocolate in the caramel treat.
- Beat cream till stiff
- Fold the cream an caramel treat together
- Layer biscuit first an set caramel on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate over.
- You can make individual smaller desserts to avoid wastage.
