Hoisin Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the hoisin glaze generously over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top for garnish.
- Serve the hoisin glazed salmon hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
