Hoisin Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the hoisin glaze generously over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top for garnish.
  7. Serve the hoisin glazed salmon hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
