Strawberry Puff Pastry Hearts
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped with 2 tbsp powdered sugar)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a cookie tray with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Puff Pastry:
