Condensed Milk Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk, condensed milk, and egg.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Add the softened butter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8–10 minutes by hand or 5–6 minutes in a stand mixer.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 4 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a log and place them side by side in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let rise until puffy and almost doubled, about 40–50 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- While still warm, brush the top with condensed milk for extra shine and sweetness.
- Optionally, brush with honey butter for added flavor.
