Soft Milk Bread

Ingredients:
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2½ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups warm milk (from cow)
- 3 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (from cow)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add flour and salt, then knead until smooth.
- Mix in the softened butter and knead again for 8–10 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into a loaf, place it in a baking pan, and make light cuts on top.
- Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the top with a little melted butter and let it cool before slicing.
- Perfectly soft, fluffy, and delicious every time!
