Cornstarch Cookies

Ingredients:
- 200 g cornstarch
- 100 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix the butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla, mix well.
- Add the cornstarch little by little until you have a soft dough.
- Shape into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
