Cornstarch Cookies

Ingredients:

• 200 g cornstarch
• 100 g butter
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

1. Mix the butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
2. Add the egg yolk and vanilla, mix well.
3. Add the cornstarch little by little until you have a soft dough.
4. Shape into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
