Honey Bread Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 Cups of oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons of liquid milk
  • 1 Tea Spoon of baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients and stir well with a fork till smooth.
  2. Add dry ingredients and stir again.
  3. Add baking powder.
  4. Pour the dough into a round cake pan (18 cm).
  5. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Stuffing:

  • 200 grams of dulce de leche zero sugar

Ganache:

  • 150 grams of chocolate
  • 100 grams of milk cream
  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, then add the milk cream and stir well.

Assembly:

Cut the cake in three equal parts and stuff with the dulce de leche, cover with the ganache and enjoy!

This cake is super moist and the filling mega creamy!
