2 tins sardines in water, drained,
1 tin anchovies in oil, do not discard the oil,
2 tablespoons of tomato paste,

Place ingredients into a blender with some of the anchovy oil and blend to a paste
Taste and add more tomato paste if desired
Transfer to container and keep in fridge and enjoy on toast etc
