Bailey’s Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

The Bailey’s Chocolate Chip Pound Cake is a decadent treat that combines the rich flavors of Bailey’s Irish Cream with the classic comfort of a chocolate chip pound cake.   • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

I love finding new ways to combine peanut butter, chocolate and bananas. I was shocked when my nephews (who are very picky eaters) loved these sammies.

Ingredients
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 medium banana, thinly sliced

Directions
Mix peanut butter, honey and cinnamon; stir in chocolate chips.
Spread over bread.
Layer two bread slices with banana slices; top with remaining bread.
If desired, cut into shapes using cookie cutters.
