]]> Roast Chicken In Garlic-Prego Sauce

Chicken ingredients:

  • 12-15 chicken pieces
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 – 4 tbsp peri peri spice
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

Sauce ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 1/2 cup prego sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

  1. Combine all the chicken ingredients and roast until cooked.
  2. Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over chicken and bake for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve!
