Ingredients

  • Six strawberries
  • Two teaspoons of granulated sugar
  • Four shots of gin
  • A teaspoon of rose water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Half a glass of soda

Method

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries, and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Mash the strawberries with a fork.
  4. Add ice to a shaker, then pour in the prepared sugared strawberries, rose water, gin and salt.
  5. Shake the shaker and divide the contents into two glasses.
  6. Add sparkling water and a lime wedge to each glass.
