Knoffelrolletjie Kaaspot

  1. Smeer pot met olie eers.
  2. Met winkel deeg.
  3. Rol die deeg in bolletjies en pak in die pot.
  4. Sit deksel op en laat hom rus iewers warm vir 2-3 uur.
  5. Maak mengsel van tamatie puree, garlic, olie, sout, peper en smeer die gerysde bolletjies lekker nat.
  6. Gooi kaas gemeng met gaar mince bo oor.
  7. Mak soos potbrood.

Translation

  1. Grease pot with oil first.
  2. With shop dough.

Knoffel Mosselpotjie

Benodig:

  • 3 uie, gekerf
  • 1 eetlepel knoffelbotter
  • 2 pakkies gevriesde mossels, in skulpe
  • 1 liter volroom melk
  • 1 pakkie sampioensoppoeier
  • 500ml vars room

Maak So:

  1. Sit ‘n swart pot op ‘n matige vuur.
  2. Braai die uie in die knoffelbotter.
  3. Sit gevriesde mossels in pot.
  4. Sit deksel op en laat dit vir 10 minute prut.
  5. Voeg melk by, prut vir 5 minute en roer die sampioensopppoeier by.
  6. Prut vir 5 minute, voeg die room by en prut vir nog 5 minute.
  7. Gooi die mossel weg as die skulp nie oopgegaan het nie.
  8. Bedien as voorgereg, of met ciabatabrood as hoofgereg.

Garlic Mussel Potjie

Required:

  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic butter
  • 2 packs of frozen mussels, in shells
  • 1 liter of whole cream milk
  • 1 pack of mushroom powder
  • 500ml fresh cream

Directions:

  1. Put a black pot on a moderate heat.
  2. Roast the onions in the garlic butter.
  3. Put frozen mussels in pot.
  4. Put lid on and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add milk, simmer for 5 minutes and stir in the mushroom soup powder.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes, add the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Throw away the clam if the shell didn’t open.
  8. Serve as an appetizer, or with ciabata bread as a main course.

Knoffel & Peper Sous

  • 3 Koppies melk
  • 1 koppie room
  • 2 Eetlepels crushed knoffel
  • 2 eetlepels gemaalde swartpeper
  • 1 eetlepel gemaalde witpeper
  • 1 teelepel six gun grill spice
  • Sout na smaak
  • 2 Eetlepels mazina
  1. Kook melk, knoffel en droe bestandele saam tot als lekker smaak.
  2. Gooi dan die room by en laat diit lekker mature
  3. Tip: net voor opskep gooi so 1 eet lepel parmesan kaas poeier by.

Translation

Garlic & Pepper Sauce

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grill spice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon mazina (corn flour)
  1. Cook milk, garlic and dry ingredients together to all delicious taste.
  2. Then add the cream and let it mature nicely
  3. Tip: just before serving add about 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese powder.

  • 1 Blikkie slakke, gooi die water af

  • Droë pietersielie
  • Paprika
  • Mozzarella en Gouda kaas, gerasper
  1. Gooi blikkie slakke in pot tesame met so 3 eetlepels botter en 2 teelepels fyn knoffel, asook so knippie sout.
  2. Kook vir so +/- 5 min…
  3. Gooi 2 eetlepels kaassmeer en room by.
  4. Gooi bietjie pietersielie en paprika by.
  5. Kook weer vir so 5 min.
    Pasop vir vasbrand. Roer gereeld.
  6. Meng klein bietjie mezzina met water en gooi by jou slakke.
    Dis net om jou sous bietjie te verdik.
  7. Skep slakke in jou houertjies met genoeg sous vir elkeen.
  8. Strooi jou kaas oor asook pietersielie.
  9. Bak in oond teen 180°C tot kaas lekker gesmelt is.
  10. Bedien met snytjies brood.
  11. Lewer so tussen 3 tot 4 porsies.

Aromat en pietersielie

Metode:
Maak lekker groot klompie knoffelbotter gooi slaaisous poeier, room of suurroom, fyn gekapte pietersielie kaas en aromat na smaak saam in ’n bak en meng goed, proe of sout genoeg is…en gooi dan nog aromat in indien nodig.
Sny broodjie en vul met knoffel mengsel… draai toe in foelie bak in oond of op vuur.
HEERLIK SAAM BRAAIVLEIS !!!

Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
1 pack Greek salad sauce powder (refil packets)
margarine
250 ml cream or sour cream
Cheddar cheese, grated enough 😀
Garlic to taste
1 or 2 long “Fresh Loaf” sliced
Aromat and parsley

Method:
Make a nice large bunch of garlic butter, add salad sauce powder, cream or sour cream, finely chopped parsley, cheese and aromat if desired together in a bowl and mix well, taste for enough salt … and then add some aromat if necessary.
Cut bread and fill with garlic mixture… Turn in foil bowl in oven or on fire.
GREAT AT A BRAAI !!!!
