Mielie Potatoes
4 large potatoes, half-garaged
1 onion, tightened
1 tin of frozen sugar corn
300ml cheese, grated
10 ml Flippen Lekka Spice
2 eggs
2ml Tabascosous
250ml room
Preheat oven to 180C.
Cut the semi-cooked potatoes into thin slices and place them in a greased oven dish.
Sprinkle potato chips with Flippen Lekka Spice.
Spread a layer of chopped onions over.
Place some of the pickled corn over the top and sprinkle grated cheese over.
Repeat the layers until all is used.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Beat the eggs well and add the Tobascosous, and add cream.
Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the oven
Put the lid on and bake for about 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
Take off the lid and bake until golden brown… Delicious…
