Peppermint Eggnog Milkshake

Two favorite holiday flavors come together magnificently in this exceptional Peppermint Eggnog Milkshake! An amazing drink for your next holiday or Christmas party!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream OR eggnog ice cream OR peppermint ice cream
  • 1 cup eggnog commercially prepared
  • 1/2 cup Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract optional – for those who love peppermint
  • 1 candy cane stirrer
  • 1 candy cane crushed – optional

Instructions

  1. Combine ice cream, eggnog, baking chips and extract in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass, sprinkle with crushed candy canes and add candy cane stirrer.
  4. Serve with a smile.

A creamy, adult milkshake, using coffee ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and Amarula!
Ingredients
3 scoops coffee ice-cream
1/4 cup Amarula (more or less depending on desire)
1 cup milk
chocolate syrup

Instructions
In a blender container, add the ice-cream, milk, and Amarula.
Blend on high for about 2 minutes, or until all is smooth.
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside two glasses.
Pour milkshake into glasses and serve immediately!

INGREDIENTS
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
Y2 cup International Delight Iced Coffee (Mocha)
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
2 ladyfinger cookies
Whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
Cocoa powder for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the ice cream, mocha coffee, mascarpone cheese and ladyfinger cookies in the jar of a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into one large glass (or 2 medium glasses),top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup and dust cocoa powder.
You can also decorate with additional ladyfinger cookies.
Serve immediately!
NOTES
Feeling boozy? A splash or two of Kahlua or Bailey’s will do the trick!

INGREDIENTS
SALTED CARAMEL MILKSHAKE:
4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
WHIPPED CREAM:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
RIM & GLASS:
Extra Salted Caramel Sauce
GARNISH:
Salted Caramel Sauce
Toffee bits

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE SALTED CARAMEL MILKSHAKE:
Barefoot Stiletto I Walk tall with your feet on the ground.
Add ice cream, whole milk and salted caramel sauce to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
You can add more caramel if desired.
FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM:
Whip the chilled cream until it reaches solt peaks.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks.
Set aside.
OPTIONAL DECORATION:
Decorate the inside of your glass with salted caramel sauce. I poured a bit of the caramel sauce into a plate, dipped the back of a spoon in it, then smeared it on the inside of the glass.
Pour the caramel sauce into a small ziploc bag, cut off a small tip.
Squeeze it out onto the rim of the glass and let it drip down the glass. This step is optional.
Pour your milkshake a few inches below the top, you don’t want it to overflow when you pile on the toppings.
Top with whipped cream, extra salted caramel sauce and toffee bits. Enjoy!
