Outydse Pepermint Crisp Tert

Bestandele:

  • 1 Pakkie Tennisbeskuitjies
  • 1 blikkie karamel kondensmelk
  • 1 peppermint crisp sjokolade (gerasper)
  • 1 pakkie orley whip/room (styf geklop)

Metode:

  1. Pak lagie tennisbeskuities.
  2. Dan lagie kondensmelk.
  3. Dan lagie sjokolade
  4. Herhaal tot bestandele op is.
  5. Sit orley whip heel bo-op en strooi bietjie sjokolade bo-op.

Translation

Old Fashioned Peppermint Crisp Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of Tennis Biscuits
  • 1 can of caramel condensed milk
  • 1 peppermint crisp chocolate (grated)
  • 1 packet of Orley whip/cream (whipped stiffly)

Method:

  1. Pack layer of tennis biscuits.
  2. Then a layer of condensed milk.
  3. Then layer of chocolate
  4. Repeat until ingredients are used up.
  5. Put orley whip on the very top and sprinkle some chocolate on top.

Outydse Pampoenpoffertjies in Karamelsous

Poffertjies

  • 1 k gaar pampoen
  • 1 k meel
  • 2 t bakpoeier
  • 2 e strooisuiker
  • 1 eier
  • 1/4 k melk
  • knippie sout
  • canola-olie, vir braai.

Karamelsous

  • 3/4 k suiker
  • 1 k room
  • 1 t vanieljegeursel
  • 3 e botter
  • 1/2 k goue stroop
  1. Vir die poffertjies, meng al die bestanddele om ‘n gladde deeg te vorm.
  2. Verhit die olie en braai lepelsvol van die beslag tot goudbruin en gaar.
  3. Haal uit met ‘n gaatjieslepel en dreineer op kombuispapier.
  4. Vir die karamelsous, prut al die bestanddele 10 tot 15 minute saam totdat die sous dik en blink is.
  5. Giet die sous oor die poffertjies en bedien.
