Ingredients

  • A cup of yogurt
  • A teaspoon of rose water
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • Two tablespoons of sugar
  • Two tablespoons of coconut milk
  • Ice
  • A tablespoon of chopped pistachios

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender except ice and pistachios and puree it.
  2. Pour the contents into glasses with ice, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Ingredients

  • An ounce of freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • A half of ounce lemon juice
  • A half of ounce rose water
  • Three ounces of sparkling water
  • Three raspberries (this item is optional).

Method

  1. Mix blood orange juice with lemon juice and rose water in a shaker containing ice.
  2. Shake it all for half a minute.
  3. Strain the contents into a tumbler containing a few ice cubes.
  4. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with raspberries if you like the taste of raspberries.
