  • 1 lb Italian sausage

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
