Icing vir Zoo Koekies

Hierdie werk en proe heerlik:

  1. Klits 1 eierwit en 5ml suurlemoensap tot skuimerig.
  2. Voeg 200g versiersuiker bietjies bietjies by en klits tot glad.
  3. Roer 5ml gliserien by.

Icing for Zoo Cookies

  1. This works and tastes great:
  2. Whisk 1 egg white and 5ml lemon juice until frothy.
  3. Add 200g icing sugar little by little and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in 5ml glycerin. (I then divide it into small plastic bags and use gel coloring to color it in different colors. Just make a small hole in the corner of the bag and use the bag to decorate).
  5. Do 1 color.
  6. Allow to set before adding another color so they don’t mix.

Hint:

It works better in warmer weather. Wet cold weather and you might end up with runny icing.
