Frikkadelle met Kerrie-Pynappelsous

Wat jy nodig het:
- 750g Maalvleis
- 1 Groot ui fyngekap
- 1 Pak 150g Simba Sout en Asyn skyfies (verkrummel)
- 1 Eier geklits
- Sout en Peper
- Meng alles saam en maak frikkadelle
- Rol frikkadelle in meel en rangskik in oondbak
Vir die sous:
- 2 Groterige uie in ringe gesny
- 1 Blik 410g Pynappelstukke met sous en al
- 50ml witasyn
- 20ml bruinsuiker
- 15ml Kerriepoeier
- 10ml Borrie
- 30ml Margarien
- Braai uie in margarien en voeg die res van die bestanddele by.
- Giet oor rou frikkadelle en bak in oond op 180°C tot gaar.
- Bedien saam met rys of kapokaartappels.

Meatballs with Curry-Pineapple Sauce

What you need:
- 750g Minced Meat
- 1 Large Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Pack 150g Simba Salt and Vinegar Chips (crumbled)
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Salt and Pepper
- Mix everything together and make meatballs
- Roll meatballs in flour and arrange in baking dish
For the sauce:
- 2 Large onions cut into rings
- 1 Can 410g Pineapple pieces with sauce and all
- 50ml white vinegar
- 20ml brown sugar
- 15ml Curry powder
- 10ml Turmeric
- 30ml Margarine
- Fry onions in margarine and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour over raw meatballs and bake in oven at 180°C until cooked.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
