Steak & Eggs Power Breakfast with Avocado

A protein-rich, nutrient-dense breakfast that fuels your day with clean energy. Juicy grilled steak strips, creamy scrambled eggs, ripe avocado, and a touch of cheese — a classic combination that never fails.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 150g grilled steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2–3 small cubes of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or gouda)
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: dash of paprika or chili flakes
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Cook the steak:
- Season steak with salt and pepper (and optional paprika).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Grill or sear steak 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Scramble the eggs:
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add beaten eggs and cook gently, stirring until fluffy and just set.
- Season lightly.
Assemble the plate:
- Arrange steak strips, scrambled eggs, half an avocado, and cheese cubes on a plate.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and (optional) chili flakes.
- Serve warm.
